Why the FS Jet?

How it works

Creating a hull that is reliant

  1. The integrated tunnel lifts the jet intake up and shields it from rocks and gravel.
  2. A splash plate calms turbulent water for cleaner intake flow and better hookup.
  3. The drop‑stitch running surface creates a flat, rigid pad that pops on plane fast and stays efficient.

Sometimes you need more than just some rubber!

The FS Guard

An Advanced TPU Material that is unmatched

Purpose engaged to keep the adventure going

After years of dedicated development, we're excited to introduce a fabric that revolutionizes performance on the water! Our goal was to create a fabric that not only offers outstanding air retention and high UV stability but also has unmatched abrasion, puncture, and tear resistance. Imagine a lightweight material that can take on the toughest rivers, keeping you safe and comfortable during your adventures!

Meet our FS Guard! This exceptional fabric has consistently outperformed similar materials, setting a new standard in durability and protection. Thanks to our innovative lamination process, we are able to laminate the TPU to PVC, ensuring your boat is equipped with the best. Get ready to explore new horizons—let FS Guard be your trusted companion on every journey!

This image shows the FS Guard after driving 200 miles down a back road. The customer's trailer had a bunk malfunction, and the bunk flipped on its side. The FS Jet was sitting with gear packed in the boat on the trailer. Had this been any other material, you would more than likely have worn through the tube of the boat.

Help me choose: 400 vs 500

If you're unsure which FS Jet is right for your adventures, consider this: the FS 400 is like a nimble scout—ideal for navigating tight rivers and offering enhanced performance. The FS 500 serves as the workhorse—providing more space and power, perfect for carrying friends, gear, and tackling bigger waters. The XL models offer additional buoyancy and spray protection, making them suitable for heavy loads or rough conditions.

  • FS Jet 400

This Jet boat is the lightest and most maneuverable in the series, making it ideal for any adventure, whether it's a solo fishing trip or a multi-day hunting trip with your friends. With a length of 13 feet, this boat is ready to tackle any river.

  • FS Jet 400 XL

Introducing the FS Jet 400 XL, the first in our workhorse series. This model has an improved payload capacity and extra bulwark tubes, making it ideal for big water while still capable of traversing shallow waters.

  • FS Jet 500

This boat is 3 feet longer and slightly wider than the FS Jet 400, measuring almost 16.5 feet. Despite the added space, this boat stands out from competitors with its impressive ability to handle rapids and shallow water.

  • FS Jet 500 XL

Our FS Jet 500 XL is the largest and sturdiest jet boat we offer, ideal for navigating rivers. It can easily accommodate a significant amount of gear, or an epic moose from a your now favorite hunt. Although it may not be as nimble as the standard FS Jet 500, it can still safely traverse shallow rivers.

Let's hit the water!

What can I say that hasn't been said already. Well for starters I have to say that the FX500 Xl is one nimble little boat. The places I have been so far have truly impressed me. It's like drifting in a car but only better. I have run through some narrow streams barely wide enough for the boat and it was so much fun, the back end would swing out with ease and I was totally in control, fantastic. There is a bit of a learning curve if your new to this type watercraft, but it gives you the confidence to try just about anything. Absolutely love it.

Compact, light durable

I was apprehensive about the jet until I had it out on the water. Greg helped me dial in my setup and made the performance much better. I have yet to hit crazy water with it but this boat is great
